President & Interior Designer

• SML and Franklin County native.
• Graduated from Christian Heritage Academy in 2002.
• Graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design in 2006.
• 17 years experience in Residential & Commercial Interior Design & Flooring.
• As an interior designer & flooring specialist, she helps customers with all aspects of their project(s) including but not limited to spatial layout, FF&E selections, window treatments, and flooring specifications.
• As President, she handles all bookkeeping & billing, display selections & ordering, interviewing potential subcontractors, job scheduling and assisting with deliveries.
• She is married & resides in Moneta VA and enjoys boating, fishing & traveling and also visiting & maintaining their rental home in the Outer Banks in NC.

Kitchen & Bath Designer, Interior Designer

* Joined the team at By Design Interiors in March of 2021. 

* Floyd and Claytor Lake native.

* Graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design in 2012.

* 15 years experience in Residential & Commercial Design & Construction. 

*As an interior designer, she helps customers

with all aspects of their project(s) including but not limited to spatial layout, 3D modeling, FF&E selections, window treatments, and flooring specifications. 

*As a cabinet designer, she designs custom kitchen and bath cabinets, incorporating storage and organization solutions that enhance functionality in our customers’ homes. 

* She also assists with deliveries, scheduling, and works closely with lead designer and job crews

to keep projects running smoothly.

* She enjoys spending time with her husband and young son outdoors, having cookouts with friends, and completing DIY projects around her home.

Delivery Manager & Office Manager/Receptionist

• Roanoke County & Franklin County natives.
• Graduated from William Byrd High School and Franklin County High School. 
• 50+ years combined experience in store management and bookkeeping.
• As delivery manager, Ray accepts all truck orders and deliveries to jobsites. He also maintains the company vehicles and storage facilities.
• As office manager/receptionist, Julia greets all customers and sales reps. She also handles office tasks such as answering phones, accepting mail & packages and maintaining the showroom.
• They are married and reside in Hardy VA and enjoy fishing, golfing & spending time with family.
